In order to continually improve the quality of our services, we have implemented a formal internal training and skills development programme to train, educate and develop our staff to function at their full potential, focusing particularly on the development of previously disadvantaged employees.
Also, we ensure that information gained at conferences and seminars is disseminated internally for the benefit of all our professional staff and ultimately for the benefit of our clients.
Our directors and professional staff participate in a range of seminars, conferences and other training activities ranging from training members of the South African Police Services and Customs and Excise in anti-counterfeiting, to presenting lectures at the Summer School arranged by the World Intellectual Property Organisation (“WIPO”), the Black Lawyers Association law programme and conducting and participating in various training programmes offered by the various professional bodies in which we participate.
