Natasha Mohunlal is a level 2 Associate in KISCH IP's Trade Mark Department, with more than 10 years’ experience in Intellectual Property and Trade Marks specifically. Her practice covers Trade Mark Prosecution as well as Copyright Law.
Natasha obtained a Bachelor of Social Science Degree in 2002, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education in 2003 and an LLB Degree in 2009. She was an educator for over 2 years and realized that her passion lay in the legal field. She subsequently studied and obtained her LLB specializing in Intellectual Property Law, more specifically Trade Marks. She was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2011.
Natasha advises clients on a wide variety of issues and matters ranging from the inception of their trade mark to registration and enforcement thereof in South Africa and Namibia.
Natasha is a member of The Business Women’s Association (BWA), South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law (SAIIPL) and the Law Society of the Northern Provinces LSNP).
Natasha has published articles in her field of expertise both locally and internationally.
During her 10 years at KISCH IP, she has cultivated her Intellectual Property knowledge and built on it. She has excellent knowledge and practical experience in the field of Intellectual Property, specialising in trade marks and she is very passionate about what she does.
Natasha has honed her excellent networking and business development skills and as a result she has acquired work from a wide and diverse range of clients.
